I just wanted to know if we need another member.

I have not communicated with him, but my neighbour (next square) is leagueless and active, maybe we could invite him.

windstorm 183, 332 (Thorns > Nan Shire > Yi Yang)

It would give us more power in the region too. Many leagues have at least one lord in Thorns, maybe we could add our own to this region.

Both me and windstorm are located at the edge of Thorns where few people are leaving room to an almost infinite expansion

I don't see why not... Open up talks with him and see if he's interested. I'm assuming of course that he meets all the requirements Influence wise of course.

He rises each day, but slower than me, I think I have three times what he has. But influence says nothing, he could have like ten times the amount of troops I have.

I can always ask, he is near the 70k
