Castellan - Best is have a high politics (PLT) - > Speeds up construction time, fortification time, boost a higher resource production
Captain General - Best is have a high bravery (BRV) - > High offense, speeds up army training
Military Advisor - Best is have a high Intelligence (INT) - > Speeds up research, more results when use stratagem skills.
